Summary of Job Responsibilities:
The Warehouse Associate is a key support role responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the warehouse and equipment logistics. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to take direction and execute tasks efficiently.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Follow instructions and perform assigned duties accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational goals.
- Maintain a clean driving record and have reliable transportation.
- Operate vehicles including trailers and box trucks; experience preferred.
- Perform inventory management and equipment tracking; proficiency with computer systems is required. Familiarity with Tool Watch or Align is a plus.
- Assist with basic maintenance and repairs of tools and small engines.
- Operate heavy equipment such as telehandlers, skid steers, and aerial lifts.
- Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Safely lift and transport materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ideal candidate:
- Good at taking directions and executing assigned duties.
- Works well with a team.
- Clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Experience pulling trailers and or driving a box truck.
- Proficient computer skills, past experience in Tool Watch or Align is a plus.
- Organized and reliable qualities.
- Small engine repair or tool repair and maintenance are a plus.
- Past experience running heavy equipment, tele handlers, skid steers, aerial lifts, etc.
- Good written and oral communication and comprehension.
- Time management skills.
- Works well in a teamwork environment.
- Familiar with equipment such as forklift, skid steer, and telehandler.
