The Clayton Company is seeking a skilled Heavy Truck Lube Technician for our Lakewood location. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance on heavy trucks and trailers, including oil changes, greasing, and filter replacements. The ideal candidate should be familiar with heavy truck maintenance procedures and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have some mechanical background but a training program is automatic. This is a dayshift position and no tools necessary.
Job Description:
· Perform routine maintenance on heavy trucks, including oil changes, filter replacements, greasing and visual inspections.
· Maintain accurate records of all services performed
· Communicate with other technicians and shop supervisors to ensure efficient and effective service
· Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines
· Keep work area clean and organized
Job Requirements:
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to read and write
· Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
· Ability to work overtime as needed
