Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Pet Service Scheduler and Sales Lead to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Manage all appointment scheduling using multi-line phone systems and computer software, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with clients
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and support skills
- Lead sales efforts by promoting our pet care services, upselling products, and encouraging client engagement to meet growth targets
- Maintain organized records of client information, appointment logs, and service history through data entry and filing systems
- Assist with office management tasks including calendar management, bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and general clerical duties such as proofreading and document preparation
- Support daily office operations by managing front desk responsibilities, including greeting clients, answering multi-line phones, and handling inquiries in bilingual (English/Spanish) capacity if applicable
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient scheduling, timely follow-ups, and seamless client communication
Experience
- Previous office management or administrative experience in a pet care or customer service environment preferred
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer support through active listening and problem-solving skills

Pay: $23,000.00 - $31,200.00 per year
