Titan Client Solutions is currently looking for an AT&T Sales Associate to join our team located in Sunnyside, CA. This is an on-site, customer facing position that is optimal for someone who is looking to acquire foundational experience in sales and marketing, while coming to an understanding of the importance of marketing to a business’ success. As an
AT&T Sales Associate, you will be responsible for interacting directly with customers to promote AT&T services, answer questions and execute sales. The AT&T Sales Associate role is vital in meeting daily marketing efforts while supporting the overall team’s performance.
Key Responsibilities as an AT&T Sales Associate:
- As an AT&T Sales Associate, present AT&T products and services tailored to each customers’ needs
- Learn and apply effective marketing strategies throughout customer interactions to ensure local business marketing and sales goals are met for the AT&T Sales Associate team
- Execute sales transactions successfully and efficiently while maintaining accurate record of client accounts
- Support ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions to enhance sales performance
- Collaborate with AT&T Sales Associate team members to meet daily performance goals not only individually, but as a team
- Represent the brand with professionalism to sustain a positive brand presence within the community
- Work efficiently with other AT&T Sales Associate to maintain a productive and harmonious work environment
Qualifications necessary to be an AT&T Sales Associate:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
- Obtain strong communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism throughout customer/team member interactions
- Sustains an adaptable mindset to keep up with daily campaigns/promotions
- Have an interest in learning marketing and sales skills/techniques to perform well as an AT&T Sales Associate
- Able to work well with a team, as well as independently
- Ambitious and enjoys working in a results-based environment
