Pay: $17–$20/hr + $10–$20/hr in tips (on average)

Schedule
Part-Time
- Weekdays: 4pm–8pm
- Weekends: 9am–6/7pm
- Extra hours available during holidays
(Full-time option available if you can accommodate similar availability across the week.)
What You’ll Do
✔ Provide 30, 45, and 60-minute manicures & pedicures tailored for men
✔ Deliver exceptional hospitality — warm, confident, professional
✔ Maintain top-tier hygiene and sanitation standards
✔ Reset, prep, and stock your workstation with care
✔ Recommend products that genuinely help clients
✔ Support overall shop cleanliness & team culture
✔ Participate in ongoing training to stay sharp and aligned with brand standards
What We’re Looking For
- Valid VA Nail Tech or Cosmetology License (highly preferred)
- OR willingness to complete our in-house apprenticeship within 2 years
- Experience providing manicures & pedicures in a spa or salon
- Impeccable hygiene and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service & communication
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Evening & weekend availability
- A genuine passion for men’s grooming and elevated service
