Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Eyelash Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services to our clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. The Eyelash Specialist will work closely with the front desk team to manage appointments and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Duties:
- Provide high-quality eyelash extension services, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation.
- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Perform eyelash extension procedures, using a variety of techniques and materials.
- Use salon software to manage client records, appointments, and inventory.
- Utilize color theory to create personalized lash designs that complement the client's natural features.
- Offer upselling opportunities to clients, recommending complementary services such as deep tissue massage or hair styling.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to salon standards and protocols.
- Provide exceptional guest services, ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including answering phones, greeting clients, and scheduling appointments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest eyelash extension techniques, products, and industry trends.
Experience:
Required at lease 1 year works experience.

Pay: $200.00 - $400.00 per day
