Cornerstone Association Management, LLC is hiring a full-time Condominium Association Manager! Our team is seeking a personable, hardworking, self-motivated, and organized individual.
Job Description:
- Property Manager for a portfolio of condominium associations/homeowners associations
- Direct contact between management and association's Board of Directors
- Attend Board and annual meetings
- Fill out forms and documents needed for closings of condominiums/homes in associations (Homewise)
- Approve each association's A/P and run monthly financial reports
- Oversee work orders and maintenance tasks for associations (work closely with the Building & Maintenance company)
- Arrange and oversee vendors and subcontractor's contracts and estimates
- Receive all resident’s complaints, concerns & questions and respond
- Produce and oversee all association correspondence (newsletters, announcements, statements, mailings, and violations)
- Keep all associations information updated in management software
- Ensure all new residents fill out proper forms, receive info, and enter management software
- Enforce rules and regulations of each association
- Monthly drive-through of each association
- Oversee rental policies in each association
- Additional property management responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Dependable and on-time
- Organized
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills
- Work well with other office staff
- Promote other Cornerstone companies
- Must be willing to work nights and Saturdays as needed for Board meetings
- Dependable transportation
Compensation Package:
- Pay based on experience
- Two weeks of paid vacation per year after 90 days
- Holiday pay/PTO after 90 days
