As a Life Enrichment Leader, you'll plan and lead recreational, social, and wellness activities that enrich the lives of our residents. Your creativity and enthusiasm will help promote independence, encourage social interaction, and enhance the overall quality of life for those in our care.
Position Details
- Position: Full-Time
- Schedule: 75 hours bi-weekly includes every 3rd weekend
- Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm
- Requirement: Valid driver's license required.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and facilitate a variety of recreational, social, and wellness programs.
- Develop activities that promote cognitive stimulation, physical wellness, creativity, and social engagement.
- Create a welcoming, person-centered environment where every resident feels valued and included.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents while providing encouragement and emotional support.
- Maintain activity calendars and ensure programs are carried out as scheduled.
- Document resident participation and progress accurately.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures to provide a safe environment for residents and staff.
- Transport residents to community outings and appointments as needed.
