We are hiring for a specialized Customer Service Representative! In this full-time opportunity, you will provide advanced customer service and support to internal staff and external clients. Position Details:
- Delivers customer service through inbound phone calls.
- Guide customers on how to set up services or respond to any questions/inquiries.
- Educates customers on products and services.
- Diffuses client concerns and notifies management of critical situations.
- Maintains an accurate recording of all internal and external communication.
- Utilizes multiple software applications in order to respond to all client inquiries.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- 2 years of customer service experience required
- Outbound calls experience preferred
- Computer literacy required
- Ability to multitask
- Self-Motivated
- US citizen or permanent resident status
- Completion of a background check
