Position: Print Production & Finishing Associate
Pay: $18.00hr.

Are you someone who enjoys hands on work, takes pride in producing quality results, and likes staying busy throughout the day We are looking for a dependable Production Finishing and Shipping Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with office experience who enjoys working in a production environment. We will train you on our equipment and processes.
In this role, you will help prepare finished products for customers by completing a variety of production finishing and shipping tasks. Every day brings something different, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and working as part of a team.
What You Will Do
- Operate wide format finishing equipment
- Complete production finishing tasks including cutting, binding, and preparing books
- Package and ship outgoing customer orders
- Receive incoming shipments and verify packing slips for accuracy
- Select the proper packing materials to ensure products arrive safely
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities
- Maintain an organized and clean work area
- Provide excellent customer service when assisting internal and external customers
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Work independently while managing multiple priorities
What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- One to two years of related work experience
- Previous office experience is required
- Copy center or print production experience is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and find solutions
- Ability to read and understand written instructions and technical information
- Basic knowledge of office equipment is a plus
- Basic electronics knowledge is helpful
- Valid driver's license and required auto insurance may be needed for some duties
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
- Comfortable working in a fast paced production environment
