Responsibilities:
- Looking for all skill levels, from helpers/trainee to experienced tech
- Reponses to all maintenance matters
- Manage any refreshing or renovation of the apartment units
- Address majority of the maintenance issues individually
- For remaing portion of the work, coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Assisit in lease agreements, rent collection, and tenant relations
Skills:
Experience in residential maintenance and knowledge general handyman work, plumbing, painting, carpentry, knowledge in minor electrical work, etc
Have working set of tools
Working Truck
Experience in construction industry is a plus
*Potential Candidate will be put on a probationary period for 2-4 weeks before being fully hired.
