Position Summary
The Administrative Coordinator is the hub of our school community, serving as the first point of contact for current and prospective families while providing administrative support to the Admin and teaching staff. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and warmth.
Responsibilities
- Welcome families, students, and visitors with exceptional customer service
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage daily office communications
- Support admissions, enrollment, and student record management
- Maintain confidential student and employee files
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and school events
- Process tuition records and administrative paperwork
- Order office and classroom supplies
- Assist school leadership and faculty with daily administrative needs
- Ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office management experience, bachelor's degree preferred.
- School, preschool, or Montessori experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Professional, positive, collaborative, and service-oriented attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
