We’re looking for a detail-oriented, hardworking Metal Fabricator who loves working with their hands and takes pride in precision craftsmanship. Job Description
- Cut, shape, & assemble metal using welding, grinding, shearing, and bending tools
- Operate welding machines (MIG, TIG, Stick), brakes, saws, and other fabrication equipment
- Work with plastics, LEDs, and mixed media
- Read and interpret technical drawings while measuring with precision
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy & meet project specification
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop
- Solve problems creatively on custom fabrication projects
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in metal fabrication and welding (MIG, TIG, Stick)
- Strong knowledge of metals, fabrication techniques & shop safety
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow precise measurements
- Previous sign experience a definite plus
