Essential Position Duties
· Picking and preparing daily driver deliveries
· Pulling and packaging online orders
- Invoicing, verifying products and pricing per customer
- Job creation of cheese being processed
- Download wholesale orders from the tablet and reset the tablet for the next day
- Reconcile retail till
- Required to learn all retail store duties in order to be a backup person when retail store associates are not available or when they need additional assistance during peak holiday times
- Answer customer phone calls and emails
- Flexibility to assist in production if help is needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail organization and time management
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person and via telephone
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and work well under deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Monday-Friday: Flexible hours/schedule
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
· Previous accounting experience preferred
· Previous excel experience
· Syspro experience a plus
Essential Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand/walk for duration of shift
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. frequently
- Frequently sit, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Frequently push, pull, bend, and reach
