Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Per Diem | 5 Boroughs NYC
Paradigm Rehabilitation is seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our multidisciplinary team providing high-quality home-based care to pediatric patients throughout the five boroughs of NYC.
This is a per diem, independent contractor role offering exceptional flexibility — set your own schedule with no minimum caseload requirement. Perfect for clinicians seeking autonomy, supplemental income, or greater work-life balance.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct home visit assessments for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapeutic interventions
- Work with school-aged children with developmental delays and geriatric patients
- Monitor progress, update goals, and complete EMR documentation
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Active, unencumbered New York SLP license and registration
- Current CPR certification
- EMR proficiency (Hello Note experience preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Interest in working with pediatric and/or geriatric populations
