Compensation: ($150,000 - $180,000 /year) + Bonus Potential

Key Responsibilities

Niche Leadership: Lead and manage high-level tax engagements with a specialized focus on the Construction sector, providing proactive advice that moves the needle for our clients.

Strategic Advisory: Act as a creative problem-solver, developing tailored tax solutions and leveraging technology to automate and optimize client processes.

Engagement Ownership: Manage deadlines and client expectations with a sense of urgency, serving as the primary bridge between partners and the client.

Team Mentorship: Serve as a dedicated mentor to younger staff, fostering their professional development and technical growth through active guidance.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep-rooted, trusted relationships with a diverse portfolio of business clients.
Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

Specialization: Proven expertise in business tax compliance with a deep understanding of the unique challenges facing Construction clients.

Certification: Active CPA license is required.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
