Here are some of the responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service skills and going over all details with Homeowner at every install before and after install
- Follow plans and install systems per design in aspects to electrical and rooftop installations
- Work in a safe and efficient manner following all safety protocols being Responsible for the safety of your crew members
- Team leadership role in which you are accountable for the entire crew in aspects of safety crew motivation and giving out write ups and warnings when needed
- Able to understand productivity goals and drive team members to improve efficiency
- Maintain high levels of installation quality, installing equipment as if the home was your Grandma’s
- This position requires email and phone communication with responses daily
- Time management with an attention to productivity and detail
- Install inverter, battery, and other equipment per specs
- Troubleshoot and fix any issues that may come up during the installation of the system or after It is operational (may require to call manufacture to replace defective equipment)
- Submit and upload all pictures and documentation required for every install and completing required job closeout huddles
- Answer any questions the customer may have during the install pertaining to the installation only and know when to defer certain questions to management
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment. – Vehicles, jobsite, and the safety of each employee onsite job site safety plans daily
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour
