Assistant Spa Manager
Join our leadership team at The Spa and help create an atmosphere of peaceful harmony for our guests and staff. The Assistant Spa Manager supports the day-to-day operations of the spa, working alongside the team to ensure exceptional guest experiences, a positive team culture, and smooth daily operations.
This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their leadership career. We are looking for a motivated, hands-on professional who has supervisory or team leadership experience and is eager to continue growing in a management role. You'll be involved in staff scheduling, hiring, onboarding, coaching, sales initiatives, inventory management, marketing support, guest relations, payroll, and reporting while helping maintain a strong partnership with our hotel.
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory, team lead, or assistant management experience required (spa, salon, hospitality, retail, or customer service environments preferred)
- Spa, salon, hospitality, or luxury service experience preferred but not required
- A natural leader with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable coaching and motivating a team while leading by example
- Experience with POS, scheduling, or booking software is a plus
- Hotel spa experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate
- Post-secondary education preferred
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for exceptional guest service are essential
Schedule: Friday to Tuesday 900-800 (WEEKENDS REQUIRED)
Compensation: Hourly + monthly bonus + meals + PTO + Parking reimbursement + Cell phone reimbursement
