Blue Bear Total Home Services is growing, and we’re seeking a talented Residential Service Plumbers who blend technical expertise with strong leadership and exceptional customer service. This role offers the chance to grow into a key leadership position within a well-established and expanding service company serving Sarasota, Manatee, Hillsborough, and Pinellas County. Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of residential plumbing experience
- Demonstrated success in presenting and selling services directly to homeowners
- Current, valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
- Ability to successfully pass both a background check and drug screening
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience strongly preferred
- Ability to identify opportunities for clients to improve their home plumbing systems through product overview
- Ability to document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records
- Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards
- Experience using ServiceTitan software or similar applications is a plus
