We are seeking an energetic and personable Salon Assistant/Host to join our salon team. Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly as they arrive, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy
- Schedule appointments efficiently using our software program
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment by cleaning, sweeping, keeping up with laundry etc
- Provide support to the team of hair stylists by assisting with shampoos, glaze/toner applications, hair treatments, blow drying etc
- Follow our Salon Culture and Standards to keep our positive vibe and healthy environment
Qualifications
- Desire to learn
- Cosmotology Student or Newly Graduated
- Ability to multi-task and handle a fast paced environment
- Basic knowledge of the salon and beauty industry
- Kind, respectful and a good human being
