What You’ll Do
No two days at Kan Du Group are the same! Your day may include:
- Driving a company vehicle (training provided) to transport clients to and from programs
- Supporting clients with daily activities and structured tasks
- Assisting at community enclaves by working alongside local businesses
- Participating in community outings and enrichment activities
- Encouraging creativity and self-expression in our studio settings
- Building positive relationships while promoting independence and confidence

What We’re Looking For
- A caring, responsible, and dependable team player
- Genuine interest in helping others and building relationships
- Safe driving skills are essential
- Valid Ohio driver’s license
- No license suspensions in the past 5 years
- No reckless operation charges
- Ability to pass a DOT physical
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for up to 70% of an 8-hour shift
- Willingness to keep cell phone use limited during work hours
