Title: Production Support Technician
Responsible Manager: Operations Manager
Location: Pflugerville, TX
Do you have a passion for additive manufacturing? Would you like to play a key role in the manufacturing process? We are seeking a Production Support Technician.
Your Mission
- Prepare newly commissioned EOS metals systems for the qualification process
- Manage our metal powders inventory.
- Maintain documentation on usage
- Adhere to SOPs and safety practices for all manufacturing steps
- Aide in the development and maintenance of 6S principles
- Prep manufactured systems for final packaging.
Your Talents
- You should possess a team-first mindset, be humble, motivated, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively.
- Experience with MS Office, SAP, CAQ, PC configuration, and network knowledge.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Practical experience with machine and hand tools
- Familiarity with CNC mill, wire EDM, and AM post processing equipment is preferred
- Excellent mechanical and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Responsible, trustworthy, and reliable
- Flexible and adaptable to new circumstances
- Must be able to lift 50lbs, work on your feet and wear a respirator for extended periods, and safely operate all EOS equipment
