Property Manager & Maintenance Lead – Marion, SC
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Property Manager / Maintenance Specialist to oversee a 72-unit apartment community in Marion, SC. This is a dual-role position perfect for an organized self-starter who can run the leasing office and handle day-to-day physical property maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management & Leasing: Handle tenant relations, lease executions, portal logging, and unit showings.
- Maintenance & Turnover: Perform routine repairs (minor plumbing, basic electrical, drywall, lock changes, HVAC troubleshooting) and prepare vacant units for turn-over.
- Vendor & Grounds Oversight: Coordinate vendor work, handle after-hours emergency calls, and keep the grounds clean and presentable.
Qualifications:
- Previous property management or leasing experience preferred.
- Solid hands-on handyman / residential maintenance skills required.
- Strong communication skills, basic computer literacy (tenant software experience is a plus), and a clean background check.
The Details:
- This is Contract Work (1099). You manage your own schedule to get the job done.
- We need people who are tech-savvy and comfortable using a smartphone/computer.
