Job Overview
Upside Property Management is a fast-growing, full-service property management company serving the Spokane and Coeur d’Alene areas. We are looking for a creative, energetic, and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Social Media Manager.
This is a part-time position with a clear path to full-time within the company. We are expanding our marketing presence across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the web, and we need someone who can help capture, create, and post content that tells the story of our company.
This role is ideal for someone with real experience making videos, managing social media accounts, and building an online presence. We have a lot of great content happening every day — property projects, team activity, investor education, behind-the-scenes work, and LOTS of maintenance — but we need the right person to help turn that activity into consistent, compelling content.

Duties
- Capture real-time video and photo content across the business
- Create and edit short-form and long-form video content for social media and web use
- Manage and post content across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, the company website, and other digital platforms
- Help develop the marketing narrative, tone, and image of Upside Property Management online
- Identify opportunities for content from daily operations, projects, team activity, property work, and company growth
- Assist with social media and web content for company partners and related business efforts
- Create basic marketing materials such as flyers, posts, graphics, announcements, and web updates
- Track engagement and help identify what content is working
- Support general marketing initiatives as needed
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Demonstrable experience creating videos and social media content
- Experience posting and managing content on social media platforms
- Strong understanding of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and web-based content
- Strong communication skills and good judgment
- Creative mindset with the ability to turn everyday business activity into compelling content
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve quickly
- Must have a working vehicle, valid drivers license, and working smart phone (preferably iPhone)
Preferred (but not required):
- No real estate or property management experience required — we will train you
- Experience growing or managing a social media following
- Experience creating content for YouTube, websites, blogs, or other web-based marketing channels
- Experience with short-form video editing
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar platforms
- Marketing, branding, or content strategy experience
- Real estate, property management, construction, or small business marketing experience
- Photography or videography experience

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
