As a commercial subcontractor serving Nevada and California — specializing in metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, lath & plaster, and scaffolding — we’re seeking a full-time Project Manager to own projects from preconstruction through closeout and help drive our continued growth.
What You’ll Own
- Read, interpret, and analyze plans and specifications — identifying missing information and items needing clarification
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, and subcontractors
- Obtain vendor and subcontractor quotes and manage buyout
- Complete submittal packages and verify material approvals before ordering
- Ensure all materials are ordered and on site for project start
- Coordinate with our Scheduling Coordinator to secure workforce availability, and manage and control overtime
- Organize, plan, direct, and coordinate on-site activities to meet project deadlines
- Interface with customers to resolve issues, coordinate change orders, address delays, and maintain quality
- Make safety a priority — ensure weekly safety meetings and full compliance with OSHA and company policies
- Ensure all punch list items are addressed, close-out documents are delivered, and projects are billed completely

What You Bring
- Proven project management experience in commercial construction (or closely related field)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong teamwork, negotiation, and problem-solving ability

Pay: $76,833.22 - $92,530.33 per year
