Are you looking for an opportunity with a stable manufacturing company where quality, safety, and teamwork are valued ProStaffing is seeking a Chemical Processor II to support the production of high-quality chemical products in a regulated manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with manufacturing, chemical processing, pharmaceutical, food production, or similar process manufacturing experience. The qualifications and responsibilities below are based on the client's job requirements.
Experience in batching and compounding is highly desired!
What You'll Do
- Prepare, weigh, and stage raw materials according to production formulas and batch records.
- Operate mixing tanks, pumps, mixers, mills, and other processing equipment to manufacture bulk products.
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain processing equipment before and after production runs.
- Complete production records accurately while following documentation standards.
- Follow established operating procedures, safety requirements, and quality guidelines.
- Safely handle raw materials and production equipment using proper techniques and powered industrial equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready work area.
- Participate in ongoing safety and operational training.
- Assist with additional production responsibilities as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, beverage, cosmetics, or other regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and accurate documentation practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Basic math and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
