Who we are;
We are a commercial and residential general contractor serving the middle Tennessee area and looking for a punch out technician to join our team. Our office is located in a rural setting in Rockvale Tennessee with a casual work environment, we are a small team of professionals dedicated to providing professional service with outstanding attention to detail. Our projects range from commercial tenant improvements, new ground up construction and new residential custom houses. We are not looking to be the biggest, just the best in what we do. We are looking for an individual to assist in final punch out of our projects, light demolition and repairs. Advancement opportunity for individual with desire to learn and ability to work independently with little supervision. Work vehicle provided, must have own basic hand tools, valid drivers license and clean driving record. Director of operations and Director of business development as well as project manager and several superintendents started as a punch out Technician With Vision.
Job responsibilities include but not limited to.
- Trim and drywall repairs, paint touchup, caulking.
- Installation of door hardware and shelving.
- Job site cleaning and pressure washing.
- Assist in keeping office workshop clean and organized.
- Assist superintendent as needed.
- Light demolition.
- Be able to complete small punch out items.
- Electrical and plumbing skills a plus.
Qualifications.
- High School or equivalent.
- Construction experience.
- Be a good communicator.
- Takes Initiative and looks for solutions.
- Must demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently with minimal oversight, and as a member of a larger team
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Must have a current valid drivers license with clean record to drive companY vehicle.
Compensation and benefits
- $25 - $28 per hour to start with advancement potential.
- Monday - Friday
- One-week paid vacation after 6 months – two weeks annually.

- $50 a month cell phone allowance.
- Work vehicle provide.
