Lab Effects is a cGMP-, HACCP-, and ISO-certified laboratory supplying terpene extracts, aromas, flavors, and plant-based therapeutic ingredients to product manufacturers globally. We are seeking a high-performing Terpene Sales Professional with demonstrated success and work history in B2B consultative terpene sales within the cannabis industry specifcially.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
- New business acquisition (Hunter Role) responsible for generating revenue from new clients increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Vape solution sales is highly applicable.
- Must be comfortable with outbound (cold) calling.
- This is a performance-based compensation role with six-figure first-year potential income, paying unlimited and residual commissions.
- A recoverable draw may be available for qualified candidates.
- Cross-selling opportunities through sister company CBD Global, which offers raw material sales and turnkey private label product manufacturing.
POSITION CRITERIA:
Applicants must have the following-
- Consultative selling expertise – You have sold complex products or services to other businesses.
- Candidates must have demonstrated success in generating >$500,000 per year in revenue - Specifically Selling Terpenes in the cannabis industry.
- Educational background in science or demonstrated basic science acumen (Chemistry or Biology) is a plus.
- Familiarity and discipline with sales (CRM) technology and basic invoicing software like QuickBooks.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Professional, confident and charismatic communicators with thick skin, a sense of humor, and the ability to handle client rejection and constructive team feedback with grace will allow this person to excel.
- Professional personal presentation appropriate for a client-facing role in a health-focused business; attention to personal care and detail matters.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
