Job Summary: Colorado Cleaning Co. is seeking experienced and dependable cleaning professionals to perform residential and Airbnb turnover cleaning services. Candidates must have direct, paid experience in professional residential cleaning or Airbnb property turnover. The ideal applicant is reliable, independent, attentive to detail, and capable of following detailed checklists accurately. This position requires a strong commitment to punctuality, consistency, and high-quality service. Applicants should demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism and respect for clients’ homes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform residential deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, and Airbnb turnover services
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas thoroughly
- Dust, vacuum, mop, remove trash, and complete other assigned cleaning tasks
- Prepare and stage short-term rental properties for incoming guests
- Follow detailed company checklists and client-specific instructions precisely
- Communicate promptly regarding scheduling issues, property concerns, or delays
- Take before-and-after photos when required
- Maintain a professional and respectful presence in clients’ homes
Qualifications:
- Must have verified paid experience in professional residential or Airbnb cleaning
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations within the service area
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, including weekends as scheduled
- Ability to provide own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Dependable, punctual, with a strong commitment to completing assignments on time
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Physical ability to lift approximately 25 pounds and perform tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods
- Must pass a background check in accordance with applicable law
- Working smartphone required for scheduling and team communication
Pay: $30.00 per hour
