We are looking for motivated, driven, and coachable individuals to join our team as Medicare Sales Agents. Whether you’re experienced or newly licensed, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career helping seniors navigate their healthcare options while earning strong commissions.
- What You’ll Do
- Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Supplements, and Prescription Drug Plans
- Conduct phone consultations and/or in-person appointments
- Close deals with intention and genuine care
- Follow up with leads and provide excellent client service
- Stay up to date with Medicare guidelines and plan options
- Requirements
- Active Health & Life Insurance License 2.15 or just Health Insurance License 2.40.
- NPN
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Basic tech skills (CRM, phone, email)
