Position Overview
Living Well Stores is seeking an experienced, self-motivated E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee the daily operational activities that support our growing multi-channel ecommerce business. This role is responsible for all aspects of managing online marketplace operations including - vendor management, purchasing, inventory, order processing, and marketplace visibility.
The E-Commerce Operations Manager will serve as a key member of the operations team and manage critical functions in the company.
This position is ideal for someone who can take ownership of day-to-day ecommerce operations as well as partner with internal team members.
This is a 37.5 hour a week position and requires that you be available to work Monday - Friday from 9 AM until 5 PM. We are a remote work but require employees to work from a dedicated office location. Candidates must live within 100 miles of Jacksonville, FL.

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage e-commerce activities across multiple ecommerce sales channels
- Oversee order processing to ensure accuracy and resolve relevant issues including inventory availability, shipping delays, backorders, payment discrepancies, and fulfillment exceptions.
- Manage purchasing and inventory processes, including Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and across all sales channels. Conduct ongoing inventory assessment, including quarterly physical inventory.
- Assist in forecasting inventory requirements based on historical sales and seasonal demand.
- Proactively communicate with vendors regarding purchasing, product, and order details. Resolve issues impeding the process.
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics and operational alerts to ensure compliance with marketplace requirements. Assist in resolution of issues affecting marketplace performance.
- Process and analyze customer returns, including necessary customer communication.
- Identify pricing discrepancies, listing issues, or profitability concerns and work with management to implement corrective actions across all channels.
- Prepare reports related to purchasing, inventory, vendor performance, and marketplace operations.
- Identify opportunities to automate or streamline recurring operational tasks.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, purchasing, supply chain management, marketplace management, or vendor management.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and replenishment practices.
· Experience working with Amazon and Walmart Marketplace. Preferred: Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) is required.
- Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and purchasing processes.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of ecommerce best practices and marketplace operational requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Experience in consumer products, retail, medical equipment, home healthcare, or durable goods industries.
- Familiarity with pricing strategy, product profitability, and margin analysis.
- Experience working with freight carriers, vendors, and inventory logistics.
- Experience in using AI tools (Chat GPT, Claude, etc) for improved output and efficiency in the role
- Experience working with ecommerce platforms and order management systems; knowledge of Freestyle system MOM is a plus.
- Preferred: a candidate interested in growing skill sets and growth in the company
Work From Home Requirements:

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
