RN Needed for Pediatric Home Care:
BrightStar Care of Huntington Beach is looking for kind, attentive, and skilled Pediatric Registered Nurses (RN) to provide one-on-one care in the home. We are looking for nurses in Irvine.
(PER-DIEM)
Shifts available:
3 pm - 9 pm: FRI, SAT, SUN
Location: Irvine, CA
What You’ll Do:
- Provide ongoing airway and tracheostomy care
- Administer G-tube feedings and medications with close attention to comfort and safety
- Monitor vital signs and watch carefully for any changes in condition
- Care for trach and G-tube sites to prevent infection and promote healing
- Partner with the family and therapy team (PT/OT/Speech) to support continued recovery and well-being
- Offer gentle reassurance, a calm presence, and meaningful companionship
The ideal nurse will be confident, attentive, and dedicated to providing safe, high-quality care.
Position Requirements:
- Current and unrestricted RN license in California
- 2+ years’ Experience on your RN license
- 2+ years' Experience in Pediatrics (NICU/PICU)
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US
- Reliable car / auto insurance
- Clean background and criminal record
- Current CPR/BLS
- Recent Physical, TB/Chest X-ray on record
