Job Summary
ProEdge Construction LLC is seeking hardworking and dependable Construction Laborers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist with residential and/or commercial construction projects, follow safety procedures, and work efficiently with crew members to complete projects on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Assist with construction, demolition, and site preparation
- Load and unload building materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow directions from supervisors and project managers
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Perform general labor tasks including lifting, digging, and carrying materials
- Follow all company safety standards and OSHA regulations
- Support carpentry, framing, concrete, roofing, drywall, or finishing work as needed
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- OSHA certification is a plus
