Are you a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) who is passionate about resident care and wants to be part of something special?
We are looking for dedicated, compassionate, and dependable team members to fill two full-time Bath Aide positions and help us elevate the bathing experience for our residents.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM

100 Hall & 100 South Hall / SCU Bath Aide

We're not just filling positions; we're creating a whole new resident experience! In the very near future, we will be remodeling our shower rooms and introducing a more spa-like environment for our residents, including:
Whirlpool tubs
Towel warmers
Music therapy
Enhanced comfort features
Calming and relaxing bathing environments

What You'll Do
- Provide bathing services and personal care to residents
- Ensure residents receive at least two baths per week
- Assist with grooming and personal appearance
- Complete weekly resident weights
- Attend weekly weight meetings
- Work closely with the Restorative CNA and nursing team
- Support residents in the main dining room during breakfast and lunch - required to assist with meals
- Help create a positive, relaxing, and resident-centered bathing experience

Expectations
- Approximately minimum requirement of 12 baths completed daily
- Maintain high standards of dignity, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction
- Ensure residents are well-groomed, comfortable, and receive outstanding care
