What You'll Do
As a Motorcycle Sales Associate, you'll guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases they'll ever make.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet customers and create a welcoming showroom experience
- Build relationships and understand customer needs
- Present motorcycles, features, and benefits with enthusiasm and confidence
- Assist customers through the entire purchase process
- Follow up with leads, phone calls, internet inquiries, and showroom traffic
- Maintain product knowledge on current Harley-Davidson models
- Work closely with Finance, Parts, Service, and MotorClothes departments
- Participate in dealership events, rides, and promotions
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities
- Help create lifelong customers and Harley-Davidson enthusiasts
What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Basic computer skills
- Sales experience is helpful but not required
- Motorcycle knowledge is a plus, but we can teach the right person
