Job Summary
Our client is seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is responsible for providing excellent support to customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and ensuring a positive overall experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates accurately
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the company system
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed
Provide product, service, and policy information to customers
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs
Meet service standards, response times, and productivity goals
Qualifications
1+ years of customer service, call center, or administrative support experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software or CRM systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications used for communication, documentation, and order support.
- Experience with order entry and handling inbound customer calls in a fast-paced setting.
- High attention to detail and solid organizational skills for managing multiple tasks accurately.
- Consistent follow-up skills with the ability to track open items through completion.
- Experience with CRM or order management systems is preferred.
