Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Area Manager to lead and oversee multiple locations within a designated region. Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to multiple site managers and their teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with company objectives, focusing on sales growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee profit & loss management for all locations within your region, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded through effective cost control and revenue generation strategies.
- Supervise daily operations across sites, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and expanding service offerings.
- Lead project management efforts for regional initiatives, including process improvements, facility upgrades, or new store openings.
- Monitor performance metrics regularly; analyze data to identify trends and implement corrective actions to improve operational efficiency and sales performance.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience with a track record of supervising teams and leading multiple locations or units.
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities that motivate teams toward achieving targets while fostering a positive work environment.
- Experience managing profit & loss statements with a focus on financial accountability and business growth.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
