Driver Source Staffing is Hiring for Route Delivery Driver in Chandler, AZ
Candidate must have recent delivery driver experience operating 24-26 ft Box Truck or Sprinter Van.
The Following experience does not qualify (valet, bus, cab, Uber, Lyft, Door Dash, Parts Runner, pickup trucks, etc.)
This is a physically active role with frequent stops and lifting
- You will be in and out of the vehicle all day
- You will be working outdoors in Arizona heat
- Soreness is normal during the first week while your body adjusts
- Routes and schedules are set and consistent, with limited flexibility
Pay/Schedule:
- Day Shift – $17/hr ($18/hr after 90 days of reliability & no accidents)
- Monday – Friday
- 6:00am – until finish (must also be flexible on schedule)
- Must have stable work history(No Job hopping)
Responsibilities:
- Local delivery Routes Home Daily
- Operate an extended high-roof Sprinter van
- 10–15 stops/day, loading/unloading up to 50 lbs
- You’ll be assigned designated routes, provided reliable equipment,
- Modern in-truck technology to help you work safely and efficiently
- Overtime opportunities may be available based on volume
Qualifications:
- 21+ years of age (insurance requirement)
- Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Experience driving commercial vehicles, box trucks, Sprinter Vans or similar (preferred)
- Comfortable using mobile apps, electronic routing tools, and email
- Ability to repeatedly lift and/or push up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat and physically demanding conditions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Able to work independently and follow structured processes
- Strong communication and customer-service mindset
