Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) A triaxle driver and take on an exciting role that fuels your passion for driving and logistics! In this position, you will be hauling coal and aggregates locally.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a variety of trucks including those with manual transmissions, dump trucks and other specialized equipment.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with all regulations.
- Execute route driving with precision, adhering to schedules while maintaining safety standards on the road.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules, route changes, or any issues encountered during trips.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, inspections, and other required documentation in compliance with transportation regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening.
- Proven experience in truck driving,
- Familiarity with manual transmission trucks.
- Knowledge of route planning and route driving best practices for efficiency and safety.
- Strong understanding of transportation safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Physical ability to perform vehicle inspections, and work in diverse weather conditions.

Pay: $280.00 - $380.00 per day
