Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented <PERSON> to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and aesthetic appeal of landscaped areas through hands-on gardening, landscaping, and groundskeeping activities.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including trimming, pruning, and planting to maintain healthy and attractive outdoor areas
- Perform cleaning duties indoors, including but not limited to, sweeping and mopping corridors
- Pick up dog waste and trash throughout the property to maintain a clean and healthy environment
- Take out trash from Doggy Potty stations, as well as conduct morning Valet Trash pickup in the mornings
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all amenity spaces
- Assist with pool management and cleaning
- Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as hedge trimmers, power tools, irrigation systems, and hardscape tools safely and efficiently
- Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure proper care and pest management practices are followed
- Conduct regular inspections of outdoor and indoor spaces to identify hazards or maintenance needs and address them promptly
- Follow safety procedures diligently during all indoor and outdoor work activities to prevent accidents or injuries
Experience
- Proven outdoor work experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred
- Mechanical knowledge related to operating landscaping equipment and power tools
- Experience with irrigation systems installation or troubleshooting is a plus
- Ability to work effectively outdoors in varying weather conditions while adhering to safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining a beautiful property

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
