Responsibilities
This position serves as the liaison between the customer and the technician. The express service advisor ensures that customers receive prompt, courteous, professional service. The service advisor must be able to communicate vehicle maintenance and repair needs to the customer. Must ensure a positive customer experience throughout the customers repair process. The Service advisor will prepare repair orders, estimates for repairs and present customers with cost and time estimates. The Service Advisor will follow up with customers via phone, text and email on the status of the vehicles repairs. As an Service Advisor you must meet or exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
Must have strong customer service skills.
Must be able to communicate effectively.
Must have a valid Illinois drivers licence.
Must be able to be insured by our company.
Outgoing friendly personality.
Prior experience preferred but not required.
