Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement: Connect with prospective clients utilizing qualified, company-provided leads (no cold calling required).
- Consultations: Conduct professional virtual consultations and appointments with individuals and families.
- Needs Assessment: Assess client needs and guide them through suitable life insurance coverage options.
- Application Management: Facilitate a streamlined and efficient application process for insurance products.
- Compliance: Adhere to structured, compliant sales methodologies and standard operating procedures.
- Professional Development: Participate actively in ongoing training sessions, interactive coaching, and professional development programs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills and a highly professional personal presentation.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote workspace.
- Coachable attitude with an active commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating with remote team leaders.
- Previous experience in sales, customer relations, or hospitality is beneficial but not required.
- Licensing: An active life insurance license is required to conduct sales. Candidates who do not currently hold a license will receive structural guidance and preparation support during onboarding.
