Litchfield By The Sea is seeking several professional, friendly, high-energy Amenity Attendant to serve as the face of our premier community at our private beach and pool facilities. As the first point of contact for residents and their guests, you will ensure a safe, welcoming, and organized environment by managing access and maintaining the pristine condition of our amenities.
Core Responsibilities
· Greeting Owners & Guests: Welcoming owners and guests with professional warmth at the private beach and pool entrances.
· Amenity Setup & Upkeep: Organizing and setting up poolside and beach furniture, including lounge chairs and umbrellas, and ensuring all areas remain clean and free of debris throughout the day.
· Rule Enforcement: Monitoring the pool and beach areas to ensure all patrons follow safety regulations and community policies, such as proper attire and prohibited items (e.g., no glass containers).
· Facility Maintenance: Performing light cleaning tasks, including sweeping walkways, hosing down decks, and restocking restroom supplies to maintain luxury standards.
· Resident Assistance: Responding to inquiries about community amenities, providing directions, and assisting with minor needs to enhance the owner experience.
· Reporting: Promptly notify management, security, or maintenance of any hazards, equipment damage, or incidents that occur on-site.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Customer Service Excellence: Proven ability to interact with a high-end clientele using tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
· Communication: Strong verbal communication skills for clear instruction and polite but firm rule enforcement.
· Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in outdoor weather conditions (heat, humidity) and lift up to 50 lbs. (chairs, umbrellas).
· Reliability: High level of personal responsibility and punctuality, particularly for weekend and holiday shifts.
· Experience: Previous hospitality or high-end residential service experience is preferred.
· Certifications: CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
