Summary
Chamberlain Advisors is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our client’s Digital Technology / Cybersecurity Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis, supporting the Hiring Manager and HM Partner. This individual will manage full life-cycle recruitment for technical and cybersecurity roles, carrying a caseload of 10–12 active requisitions at a time. The ideal candidate brings full life-cycle recruiting experience — independently sourcing (LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search), screening, interviewing, and closing candidates — along with the ability to act as a consultative, strategic partner to hiring stakeholders. Technical recruiting experience is a plus, though deep technical expertise is not required. This is a fast-paced, agile environment, so candidates should be comfortable with quick change and bring an upbeat personality that fits the team’s culture. Click Now to Apply!
What You Will Be Accountable For
- Manage full life-cycle recruitment for technical and cybersecurity roles, including Software Engineers/Developers, Cloud Development and Cloud Security Analysts, Infrastructure and Data Engineering, Architects, Security Analysts, Data Analysts, AI/Machine Learning, and QA.
- Own a caseload of 10–12 active requisitions at a time, prioritizing effectively across a mix of roles.
- Conduct independent passive sourcing using LinkedIn, GitHub, and Boolean search strings to build strong, diverse candidate pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders as a consultative, strategic advisor — not simply an order-taker — influencing hiring decisions and process.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for open roles, managing the recruitment process end-to-end.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics, including sourcing activity and interview-to-offer ratio.
- Participate in the interview process, including a 30-minute panel interview with the hiring manager and one additional manager for each candidate submission.
- Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, agile environment with frequent shifts in priority.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the applicant tracking system.
What Qualifications You Need
- Full life-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing through offer and close, required.
- Demonstrated ability to independently source passive candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, and Boolean search techniques.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a consultative, partnership-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment with frequent change.
- Comfortable working fully remote while keeping Central time zone business hours.
- Upbeat, adaptable personality that aligns with a collaborative team culture.
- Experience managing a caseload of 10 or more concurrent requisitions.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and standard recruiting/sourcing tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior technical recruiting experience, particularly in cybersecurity, software engineering, cloud, or data/AI/ML disciplines.
- General understanding of technical concepts across software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity — deep technical expertise is not required.
- Experience recruiting for Architecture, QA, or Data Analyst roles.
- Experience tracking and reporting recruiting metrics such as sourcing volume and interview-to-offer ratio.
