As a Sales Team Member, you'll meet with customers, introduce AT&T residential products and services, recommend solutions based on their needs, and guide them through the enrollment process. Your Daily Responsibilities as a Sales Team Member
- Engage with customers to introduce AT&T residential products and services with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Build rapport, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions that fit their lifestyle.
- Clearly explain product features, service options, pricing, and available promotions.
- Guide customers through the enrollment, account setup, and activation process while ensuring a positive experience.
- Build lasting customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and ongoing support.
- Maintain accurate customer records while following company policies and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals while participating in ongoing sales training and development.
What We're Looking For in a Sales Team Member
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and eagerness to learn.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a performance-based environment.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or other customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required—we provide paid training.
