We’re expanding and looking for a passionate RN Injector to grow with us; whether you’re a seasoned injector ready to hit the ground running, or a strong clinical RN eager to build your aesthetic career with hands-on mentorship from our lead NP provider.
The Role
This is a part-time position (consistent weekly hours) with a clear path to full-time for the right candidate. You’ll work directly alongside our lead NP in a collaborative, upbeat environment with a loyal and growing clientele.
What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive patient consultations and assessments
- Administer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators
- Assist with aesthetic procedures, including laser, RF microneedling, body contouring, and regenerative treatments
- Support skincare consultations and personalized treatment planning
- Assist with IV therapy and wellness services
- Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, risks, and aftercare
- Deliver exceptional patient experiences that drive retention and referrals
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Create social media content, before-and-afters (with patient consent), injection process clips, and educational content in collaboration with our in-house brand manager. This is a core part of how we grow our brand and attract new patients, and we fully support you in doing it well
What We’re Looking For
- Active Texas RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in ER, ICU, OR, plastics, dermatology, or aesthetics backgrounds are all welcome
- Injecting experience preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate with a strong clinical foundation
- Strong eye for facial anatomy and natural aesthetic outcomes
- Warm, confident communicator who builds patient trust quickly
- Comfortable on camera; you’ll be a visible face of the RX MD Solutions brand on social media (our brand manager handles strategy and editing; you just show up and be yourself)
- Professional appearance and genuine passion for aesthetics
- Team player who thrives in a growing, fast-paced boutique setting
- Committed to building a long-term career in aesthetics
Bonus Points If You Have
- Hands-on injecting experience with a portfolio or before/after results to share
- Experience with laser or body contouring devices
- Knowledge of IV therapy protocols
- An established presence in the Plano/North Dallas community
- Experience creating content for social media (personal or professional)
