Central Lense Inc. is hiring a Business Development Representative to own the top of our funnel at a pivotal moment. We're building the next generation of technology around AI, and you'll be the first conversation prospects have with us. This is a seat where your effort shows up directly in the pipeline that drives the whole company.

The Role
You'll generate qualified leads, reach out to prospects, manage your sales pipeline, and drive customer engagement. You'll identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and work closely with the team to hit our goals. Along the way, you'll get a front-row seat to how AI is reshaping IT and security and how a modern technology partner goes to market.
What You'll Do
- Generate and qualify leads to build a healthy, predictable pipeline
- Open conversations with security and IT leaders using a differentiated AI-native story
- Manage multiple accounts and keep your pipeline organized and current
- Build genuine relationships with potential clients
- Partner closely with the team to hit shared goals
What We're Looking For
- Experience in inside sales and lead generation to identify and qualify potential clients
- Strong communication skills to engage clients and present tailored solutions
- A background in sales and business development, with a track record of building relationships
- Curiosity about AI and cybersecurity, and the drive to get fluent fast (no security background required, we'll teach you)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and pipelines
- A proactive approach to spotting opportunities and driving revenue growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus
