QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current Washington License
- 1 year of experience preferred but not mandatory
- Current CPR Certification
- Pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen upon hire

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide patient care within the scope of practice in Washington State
- Take and document Vital Signs (Blood Pressure, Temperature, Heart Rate, SpO2, and Respirations)
- Report to Nurse any abnormal vital signs or changes
- Assist patients with ADLs if needed
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team
- Provide compassionate care
- Facilitate or assist with groups
- Various Clerical duties if needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
