We service high-end residential and commercial properties—including premium vacation rentals—across Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Chesapeake.
The Role: We are urgently hiring reliable personnel to drive our truck and trailer setups and execute routine grounds maintenance, turf care, and property cleanups. Whether you are an experienced landscaper or a safe driver willing to sweat and learn a valuable trade, we have a spot for you. You will be working alongside an established team that values doing the job right the first time.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Valid US Driver's License: This is an absolute must to drive our company vehicles. Do not apply if you do not have a valid license.
- Reliability: You must have dependable transportation to get to work on time every day.
- Work Ethic: This is physical work in the Virginia summer heat. We need team players with a positive attitude.
Pay Structure (Flat Day Rate): We operate on a highly efficient flat day rate. We reward efficiency, reliability, and skill with two clear paths depending on your experience:
Experienced Personnel (Driving & Lawn Care Experience):
- First 2 Weeks (Evaluation period): $160 / day
- After 2 Weeks: $180 / day
Inexperienced Personnel (Safe Driver willing to train on lawn care):
- 1st Month (Training): $150 / day
- 2nd Month: $170 / day
- Starting 3rd Month: $180 / day
(Note: Additional pay and incentives are provided for bigger contracts and jobs that require extra hours. Your hard work will be compensated.)
