Schedule and Pay:
1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:00AM - 3:15PM ; Friday & Saturday OT required as needed
Salary Grade E
$22.45 - $26.95
Additional $1.00 Paint Pay
Job Summary:
The Production Status Monitor is responsible for monitoring the status of production and preparing as well as uploading reports for management to utilize in assuring production goals are met.
Job Duties:
- Prioritizes the product coming into the Paint Department.
- Communicates workloads to spray booths to understand the needs and proper prioritizing of these resources.
- Monitors and reports daily status to leadership.
- Works with Assembly Departments, prioritizing product needs for daily buffers and meeting specific shipping deadlines.
- Traffics workload between the variety of teams within the Paint Department.
- Write green slips and internal pink slips for reworked products.
- Writes back orders and delays in ERP System for the Shipping Department and Customer Service.
- Continuous communication with leadership on efficiencies, concerns, and opportunities within the custom booth area.
